Melbourne’s auction volumes are increasing with the Spring season upon us with another Super Saturday scheduled with over 1000 auctions, but there were only 777 recorded auctions with a 75% clearance rate. This was a similar clearance rate to last year where there was 75% achieved from a larger amount of 905 auctions. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the strongest results on the weekend was for a renovated house at 4 Jesse St in Glen Iris. The updated big family home consisting of five bedrooms and five bathrooms on 713m2 and sold for $3,280,000, well above the $2,950,000 plus quote range.

Another strong result was seen at another family home located at 13 Royal Crescent in Camberwell which sold for $3,125,000. The four bedroom, three bathroom home with pool on 718m2 of land netted the owners a considerable profit after purchasing the property for $340,000 in 1994.
