Melbourne’s property market saw another consistent weekend with a 76% clearance rate from 734 auctions. The market is travelling similar to last year where the same weekend saw an 80% clearance rate from 651 auctions. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the biggest sales for the weekend was for a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 17 Palm Avenue, Caulfield North. The modern home on 736m2 sold for $4,100,000.

Renovated period style properties are always in strong demand with families. A gorgeous renovated Californian Bungalow at 53 Clarinda Rd, Essendon sold for $3,955,000 on a 713m2 block and was in close proximity to some good schools.
