Storage Tips for Apartment Living

Living in a town house or apartment? Do you struggle with storage solutions? We’ve seen some great ways to maximise storage through convertible furniture, but we’ve got some easy cost effective ways to store your treasured items and live comfortably.

Your bed: Not only are beds essential for sleeping, there’s plenty of ways to utilise space to store items underneath. Linen and towels are a great spot for blanket boxes with easy access for each use. If you’ve got a mattress ensemble, there are some clever head boards on the market with sneaky storage space for phone chargers, books and bedside essentials.

Shelf storage: Places like the bathroom can sometimes lack the premium storage solutions you desire. Sometimes it’s hard to find a home for your hair dryer, moisturisers or spare items! If you can’t install a mirror with cupboard space, we recommend installing a little shelf for those bulky items.  If you have generous height in your ceilings, you can also install a shelf above the door!

Organisation is key: Drawers or boxes will help organise and store your items. Maximise space under the sink in your kitchen by using draws to store gloves, cleaning products and utensils.
