RENTAL PAYMENTS

If you are unable to make your rental payment on or before the due date, please contact our office immediately so arrangements can be made with the landlord.  Late payment of rental may affect your rental references in the future.

During your tenancy, rent payments are paid per calendar month in advance. Calendar rent is calculated as follows :- Weekly rental divided by 7 (days) x 365 (days) divided by 12 (months).  

example: $350.00 per week = 350 / 7 x 365 = $18,250 / 12 = $1,521
